• We use the back street (named tř. Svobody) as the main access road to a hotel court (cars and buses, supplies, employees etc.).

• The main entrance for newly coming guests „check-in“ is also set from the courtyard.

• We propose to restore the courtyard on the left „south“ side of the hotel, using greenery, trees, lighting, tiles and a terrace, as we tend to create a nice welcoming courtyard entrance with a recreation feeling.

• We create generous, impressive and representative main entrance to the hotel from the Main square of the historical town center.

• Private parking in courtyard is suggested in two alternatives: 1/ a multistore parking loader technology placed at the opposite neighbor wall (necessary plot trading with the neighbors), or 2/ an underground parking (expensive and less profitable)

• We would also like to present and idea to build an „additional“ separate building in the street gap at tř. Svobody – it would create a representative access to your property and it would offer additional premises of any kind of use (additional hotel rooms up to 40 , apartments, meeting rooms, wellness, gym, offices etc.) and even suitable for renting out (everybody would be happy to run a wellness and gym with the certainty of hotel´s guests).

• We connect the old „street“ part of the building with a new „court“ part of the building in a logical sequence as a generous walking communication creating also a hotel lobby.

• We use the ground floor only as a representative hotel´s lobby with the main hotel reception (and offices), cafe and bar, seating areas placed inside and out at the courtyard, sanitary facilities and operational background.

• We create an open-space „atrium“ coming out from the lobby going up through all 6 floors closed with a sky-light bringing the light inside and creating a gallery on each floor.

• We put a footbridge on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor leading through the atrium and creating a gallery with a view through all the high of the building.

• We have set the restaurant on the 2nd floor with a breath-taking view „piano-nobile“ to the main square and to the historical town center, plus it has additional areas for seating around the atrium, and with a sufficient premises for the kitchen back-ground.

• We have set a lounge on each floor opposite the elevators with different kind of a possible usage – library, men´s private room (billiard, heavy furniture, bar etc.), children´s playground, cinema, patio, etc.

• We are in harmony in authorities’ idea and our intention is to keep the whole design in functionalism style - slightly conservative, straight lines, clear and functional, etc.
